Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During holidays, peak seasons, or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items may require additional production time. If applicable, we will contact you with an estimated completion date.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout Israel and to selected international destinations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Israel

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Hadad Brothers is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

While we will do our best to assist with carrier claims, Hadad Brothers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
